This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") establishes the rules for collecting, processing, and storing personal data by Vladislav Kornyshev IE (operating under the brand NGI Academy in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia) (hereinafter – the "Company", "NGI Academy", "we", "us", "our"), obtained from the User (hereinafter – "User", "You", "Your").

By using NGI Academy services (including the website https://www.ngi.academy/, bootcamps, and Telegram bots), you fully agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  • Telegram Details: Telegram ID, username, select cohort chat logs.
  • Payment Information: We do not store credit card details; all transactions are processed via secure external payment systems. We only receive confirmation of payment, transaction amount, date, and time.
  • Technical Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and cookie data.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide consulting services, bootcamps, and curriculum access.
  • To process transactions and provide invoice documents.
  • To communicate with you regarding Bootcamp updates, schedule changes, and support requests.
  • To improve our Website and user experience.
