Public Offer Agreement for Information and Consulting Services

This Agreement is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Offer") addressed to any individual (the "Customer"), and can be accepted by the Customer only by joining this Agreement and the Privacy Policy in their entirety.

The purchase of any Bootcamp, program, or tariff on the website, or payment using any available payment methods, constitutes a full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

Vladislav Kornyshev IE, operating under the brand NGI Academy in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia (hereinafter – the "Contractor"), offers to any individual to conclude this Agreement under the terms set forth herein.

1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. Offer – This document "Public Offer Agreement for Information and Consulting Services", published at: https://www.ngi.academy/oferta.

1.2. Acceptance – Full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer by making a payment or registering for the Bootcamp.

1.3. Contractor – Vladislav Kornyshev IE, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.

1.4. Customer – Any individual who accepts this Offer.

1.5. Bootcamp – Online training programs in artificial intelligence, AI efficiency, vibe coding, and product management provided by the Contractor.

1.6. Materials – Videos, recordings, templates, worksheets, and other informational content provided to the Customer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Contractor agrees to provide information and consulting services in the form of online bootcamps and training programs, and the Customer agrees to pay for these services in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

2.2. The exact content, duration, cost, and schedule of each Bootcamp are defined on the NGI Academy website.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Contractor agrees to:

  • Provide services in accordance with the program and tariff selected by the Customer.
  • Provide access to Bootcamp materials and learning platforms after receiving payment.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of Customer data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3.2. The Customer agrees to:

  • Read and understand the terms of this Offer before making a payment.
  • Ensure all necessary technical conditions (internet access, Telegram account, PC) are met to receive the services.
  • Pay the full cost of the selected Bootcamp/tariff.
  • Respect intellectual property rights. The Customer shall not copy, distribute, publish, or sell any Bootcamp materials. Doing so will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment is made on a 100% prepayment basis unless an installment plan is explicitly provided on the Website.

4.2. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. NGI Academy does not store credit card details.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. The Customer has the right to request a refund before the official start of the Bootcamp. In this case, a full refund is processed minus transaction processing fees.

5.2. If a refund is requested after the Bootcamp has started, the refund is calculated proportionally based on the number of lessons conducted and materials unlocked up to the date of the written refund request, minus any transactional costs.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

6.2. All disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, or failing that, in the courts of Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
